CLASSES
Trained by World Champion Kickboxer David Lee North, the club trains in a fully-equipped martial arts centre with a padded floor, selection of punch bags, focus pads, kick shields, skipping ropes, medicine balls and protective equipment.
The Ladies Only classes include aspects of Kickboxing and Self Defence. Trained by a Female instructor, you are in safe hands for those who want to advance through gradings or those simply looking for an exercise group.
Child Classes help teach children discipline, through fun and entertaining sessions. Builds a child’s confidence while helping them keep fit, teaching them skills that will stay with them as they grow older
As a group we push each other harder, and further. An intense one hour session that will help improve your fitness above what you thought possible.
Have one on one personal training sessions, where our instructors will help you not only with your exercises but, a complete health and nutrition plans, tailor suited to your needs.
